My personal messenger (NiyaNiy) is off limits and is logged out of. I have an assistant waiting to answer any questions at all just text @Meltedbyniy. That may be a squeeze in question, wigs on hand, rescheduling,etc. @Meltedbyniy on facebook/messenger not instagram. My assistant and I are logged in everyday on @Meltedbyniy to answer all questions! Please don't make the mistake of contacting NiyaNiy, no one is active on that messenger and you will not get a response. Thank You ! WIG REMOVAL To remove your wig, apply a good amount of conditioner to the lace. Massage the lace for 5 minutes, let the conditioner sit for 20 minutes and the wig will come right off. There should be no tugging or struggle AT ALL! If it still feels stuck, add more conditioner and keep massaging. Your wig should come off with no problem at all. For any questions or if you ever need help removing a wig, never hesitate to contact @meltedbyniy on fb for any questions. Response hours are 1pm-8pm monday-saturday. No Refunds All Services including deposits are non-refundable . Wig Maintenance !! ✨ To keep your wig looking fresh and melted, wrap your hair everyday with an elastic band (preferably velcro sealed ones). Elastic bands are available to purchase at the shop for $5. Wear your elastic band to bed and in the shower. This will keep the lace and baby hairs intact. To refresh an install, spray a little got2b glued spray lightly , let it dry, and put your elastic band back on. This will keep your wig looking good for WEEKS!
